BMC coordinates all food services for the facilities we manage, including:

- food cost control systems
BMC coordinates most human resources functions for the facilities we manage, including:
- all employee benefits
- workers' compensation claims
- formal employee complaints
- assist with employee recruitment
- assist with employee training
- retention
- counseling
- coordinate implementation and effective use of the employee orientation and continuing education components of the BMC Operations System.
BMC offers extensive health services support to the facilities we manage. The BMC health services staff is available to:
- advise facility RNs relative to Regulatory Compliance
- assist with the education and training of facility licensed nurses, medication assistants, and resident assistants
- coordinate implementation and effective use of all health services components of the BMC Operations System.
BMC coordinates all maintenance services for the facilities we manage. This includes:
- all issues regarding landscaping
- sprinkler systems
- pest control
- snow removal
- elevators
- HVAC
- emergency light systems
- smoke detectors, paint, carpet, tile, cabinets, and vehicles
BMC offers thorough marketing services to the facilities we manage, including:
- advertising
- promotional brochures
- guidance with promotional events
- assistance with the development and utilization of marketing plans
BMC may assign a Regional Manager to each property we manage.
The Regional Manager conducts site visits on a routine basis and also is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for telephone consultation. Working closely with the facility manager or administrator, the Regional Manager focuses on revenues, expenses, marketing, and quality assurance, especially resident satisfaction issues.
BMC offers extensive assistance in complying with federal and state rules, regulations, codes, and statutes.
The BMC Operations System is state specific, with polices and procedures adhering to the requirements of the individual state in which a facility is located. Facility licensure, both initial and renewal, is coordinated by BMC. BMC assists in helping facilities prepare for annual or other routine inspections by regulatory agencies. Any required response to an inspection or an investigation by a regulatory agency is coordinated by BMC.
