The Regional Manager conducts site visits on a routine basis and also is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for telephone consultation. Working closely with the facility manager or administrator, the Regional Manager focuses on revenues, expenses, marketing, and quality assurance, especially resident satisfaction issues.
BMC offers extensive assistance in complying with federal and state rules, regulations, codes, and statutes.
The BMC Operations System is state specific, with polices and procedures adhering to the requirements of the individual state in which a facility is located. Facility licensure, both initial and renewal, is coordinated by BMC. BMC assists in helping facilities prepare for annual or other routine inspections by regulatory agencies. Any required response to an inspection or an investigation by a regulatory agency is coordinated by BMC.
