  • Heritage Place of Sartell offers both 1 and 2 Bedroom Assisted Living Apartments, specifically designed for those residents requiring assistance with the daily activities of living. These apartments range in size from 550sq ft to 980 sq ft and come with a kitchen and private bathroom with walk-in shower.

 

  • This residence boasts Adult Activities, Transportation, Media Room, Sunrooms, Restaurant Style Dining, Salon, Billiards Room, Three Common Area Living Rooms.

The Whispering Oak - 20 Unit Assisted Living

903 Calverly Court Ellendale, MN

 

  • Whispering Oaks - Burke Management Co Inc, successfully converted this 20 unit Independent Living Facility to a 20 unit Assisted Living Facility which brought the building to capacity in less than 4 months.

 

  • Whispering Oaks has both 1 and 2 bedroom apartments ranging in size from 650 sq ft to 1300 sq ft. These apartments also have private laundry facilities within the apartment.
